WASHINGTON – DOD Watch, an organization dedicated to exposing radical policies within the Department of Defense (DOD), issued the following statement after President Trump’s request to the Supreme Court to enforce the ban on transgender service members in the military:
"DOD Watch strongly supports President Trump’s request to the Supreme Court to immediately enforce the ban on transgender service members in the military. This action is a crucial step in restoring focus to the military’s core mission, ensuring national security through strength, discipline, and readiness.
“The military must remain free from the distractions of divisive, radical policies that undermine operational effectiveness. By challenging the courts’ temporary block, President Trump is reaffirming that military service should prioritize mission readiness, not social experimentation.
“We applaud the President’s leadership in standing firm against policies that compromise the unity and professionalism of our armed forces. The Supreme Court must act swiftly and decisively to uphold this policy, ensuring our military remains focused on its primary responsibility: protecting the United States.”
